Here's how it works:

GOAL SETTING

We will start with a quick grounding exercise and then look at our (overflowing) to-do lists and define our priorities.

FOCUSED WORK

We'll then focus on our main task and work in 45-minute stretches together.

YOGA & REST

After each work session, we'll take 15 minutes to stretch, move our bodies, refill the water bottles... and rest!

Hi, I'm Ksenia!

I'm a scientist turned keen yoga student - and eventually a yoga teacher - and a founder of Shanti Science Yoga. I help scientists and academics process stress and deal with anxiety and burnout through yoga, meditation and breathwork.

Years spent in academia and being stuck in the constant hustle mode left me depressed and struggling with anxiety. Yoga has been lifesaving through these struggles, tough decisions (like quitting my PhD!) and other life transitions. Now, I am passionate about using all the tools in the yoga toolkit to help YOU lead more balanced, joyful and fulfilled lives without losing your excitement and curiosity about science.

In this Co-working + Yoga virtual gathering, we will work together on something we might've been avoiding or postponing.

We will use yoga tools for more clarity, sharper focus and enhanced productivity to do some deep work, as well as give our bodies regular breaks from sitting, preventing physical strain and tension.
