You’ll be guided through tailored breathwork, nervous system regulation, and somatic tools designed specifically for you and what you're going through. You won’t just hear about these techniques; you’ll experience the shift in real-time.
5. Integration
You leave with 2–3 high-impact, low-friction tools to use immediately - quick and simple "micro-practices" that fit between your meetings and experiments.
24-hour follow-up
You'll receive a personalised 5-10 min practice recording and journaling prompts to support the progress we've made in the session. I'll also be your nervous system's lab manager for 7 days (via WhatsApp or Telegram) so that we can troubleshoot real-life stressors as they come.
